Terrible Customer Service Experience

The customer service here is absolutely the worst! I lost out on several potential tenants because I couldn't get answers to my questions. They refused to explain why applications were denied, leaving me frustrated with long waits for responses. Eventually, they claimed our relationship was 'untenable' and ended it. Now, I deal with straightforward security deposits, which is much easier and hassle-free. I strongly advise against using this service!
