Extremely Disappointed with This Service

I wish I could give this service zero stars. It feels like a complete scam. I paid for additional insurance on top of my security deposit, expecting coverage, especially since I had no rental history. Despite paying on time and even an extra amount annually, they doubled my charges without notice when I planned to move out. My claims were declined, and even my apartment complex thought they would cover the costs. Instead, I found out the hard way that I was left with unexpected expenses. This insurance concept is misleading, and I feel misled after all my payments.

Avoid This Service at All Costs!

If I could give negative stars, I would! Property managers should not use this service as a security deposit alternative. They do everything possible to deny legitimate claims, cancel policies without notice, and leave you in the dark. My experiences over the years have been overwhelmingly negative, and I can't wait to sever ties completely. Stay far away!

Terrible Customer Service Experience

The customer service here is absolutely the worst! I lost out on several potential tenants because I couldn't get answers to my questions. They refused to explain why applications were denied, leaving me frustrated with long waits for responses. Eventually, they claimed our relationship was 'untenable' and ended it. Now, I deal with straightforward security deposits, which is much easier and hassle-free. I strongly advise against using this service!

Good Concept, Poor Execution

What seemed like a good idea turned out to be poorly executed. As a landlord, I wanted to offer this as a low-cost option for tenants. Unfortunately, the process for accessing the security deposit is broken, with constant error messages on their website. There's no phone support, leaving me stuck in endless email exchanges. I will never use this service again, either as a renter or a landlord.

Disappointing Experience with Recent Order

I usually have good experiences, but my last order was a complete disaster. A promo code I found online was rejected at checkout despite being applied earlier. Customer service was unhelpful, and I ended up receiving the wrong item. Returning it was a hassle, as they expected me to pay for return shipping. Extremely Frustrating Payment Process

I have an outstanding balance and was told I needed to email to make a payment, which seems odd. After emailing to clear my balance, I received no response, just a note asking me not to email too much. Initial Promise, Major Disappointment

Now, I'm being charged $3400 for supposed 'excessive wear and tear.' Their auto-filed claims and lack of customer support make it clear they don't care about disputes. The payment process is confusing, with hidden fees and no way to cancel plans. I deeply regret using this service.
