Do not use this company.Unprofessional. Used policy for 3 months. Policy wording not adequate and clear. Asked several times for help, did not receive. Told I would be called back. Cancelled 3 days after a direct debit went out. Told policy cancelled immediately yet almost a month later received email saying No Refund Issued. As far as insurance companies go, this is one of the worst. Note fake response made below with a fake website suggesting I get in touch. I have called and emailed and I have been told I would be called back. Never was
