If I could rate this experience a zero, I would. There is absolutely no one available to assist you. Messages sent only generate automated replies that do not address the issue. When you call the provided customer service number, you reach a voicemail that directs you back to the website. There is simply no one to help. I've been struggling with the same issue for an entire year without resolution because I need to speak to a real person.
