If I could rate this lower, I would. The service offers no real assistance. Sending a message results in an automated response that doesn't address the issue. When provided with a customer service number, calling leads to a voicemail that directs you back to the website. There is truly no one available to help. I've been dealing with the same problem for a YEAR and still need to talk to a REAL PERSON to resolve it.
If I could rate this experience a zero, I would. There is absolutely no one available to assist you. Messages sent only generate automated replies that do not address the issue. I've been struggling with the same issue for an entire year without resolution because I need to speak to a real person.
It seems they continue to fund only businesses that meet specific qualifications. The service feels like a pit of fraud and mismanagement. Despite having good credit and a solid business history, I am continually denied while others receive loans and grants for minimal qualifications. I can’t help but think that if I fit a different demographic, I would receive more attention.

I paid a writer for assistance, and after receiving the approval, I was told I needed to pay an additional fee to access the funds. This was not through the official website. Now, I cannot recover the money I spent on the writer.
Exercise caution before taking an SBA loan. During the pandemic, I managed a real estate firm and received relief funds, but they didn’t cover my overtime or salary. I took out a $100,000 loan, unaware that my payments would not reduce the principal for over two years. I’ve already paid $16,500 and still owe the same amount. I was also informed that no amortization schedule is provided, which would have revealed the true cost of this loan upfront. This organization is often seen as a helpful resource, but they have failed me in my time of need.
I was supposed to work with a grant writer from the service to assist with my application. After communicating with her, I discovered she was a fraud. I sent money through a payment app, and she disappeared. The documentation she provided was fake, stating I was approved for a grant, which turned out to be a lie. I just want to warn others about this scam.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support for veteran-owned businesses. Despite reaching out multiple times for help, I received no response. It’s perplexing how an organization that claims to assist veteran entrepreneurs can be so unresponsive. They make grand promises but fail to deliver any real support. If you're a veteran seeking assistance, I suggest looking elsewhere.
The service engages in unequal lending and has misleading practices. I have processed numerous applications, but I've noticed that minority clients frequently have their applications withdrawn without explanation, while others remain pending or get approved. This has been a recurring issue, and it continues to happen.
