If I could give a zero rating, I would. I applied for a grant, and the approval email came from a non-official account. I paid a writer for assistance, and after receiving the approval, I was told I needed to pay an additional fee to access the funds. This was not through the official website. Now, I cannot recover the money I spent on the writer.
