A frustrating experience.

Trains are often overcrowded, making it hard to find a seat during peak hours. When traveling outside of rush hour, the trains are not as well equipped, even in first class. The half-fare card automatically renews, and they won't issue refunds even if you wish to cancel shortly after the payment date. Moreover, if you call to complain, they send a higher renewal invoice. This is truly frustrating.
