What is wrong with the staff at SBI , are they NOT trained properly.I have been trying to pay money into my mortgage account for the last 3 weeks ! Why is that so difficult ! Your team are incompetent. You have asked us for several different things each time we comply you don’t seem to support us with the transaction . I have dealt with Nelly in the buy to let department UK and we are now reporting with to the financial ombudsman for your total incompetence to deal with our right to put money into our mortgage account .
