Unnecessary charges

Bank staff said Atm and cheque delivered to my home but it not happened and after few days it got undelivered. When I visited to branch to collect my atm and cheque book they said now it will be chargeable due to shipments got undelivered. When I said him this not my fault that postman or delivery boy not visited my home then they said we can do anything in this.

Zero star is not available otherwise this website does not even deserve zero star. Extremely difficult to transact - Looks like designed to make customer move from table to table and then back home- NO WORK

Do not bank with them

Do not bank with them , especially for NRI banking .Extremely poor and useless customer service. Half of their numbers doesn’t even work and whoever is supposed to respond, doesn’t . In order to renew or collect ATM card , being a NRI customer,they expect you to you come and collect it from home branch , or send a relative . Honestly, can’t understand which era are we living in . And the ,useless customer service agents , only have one answer , “ sorry ma’am we don’t have an option for that “ .

FDs should be in chronological order…

FDs should be in chronological order with their maturity date and when a fd is getting matured should be visible in the outside card. So irritating to check one by one to check which one is getting matured. Why they are not in order. So poor
