As a professional landlord, estate agent, and mortgage broker, I have to say that they are one of the worst banks to consider for a mortgage. The underwriters seem disorganized and unhelpful. I wasted over three months going back and forth with them, providing information that was entirely irrelevant. If I could, I would give them a zero-star review.
