Not sure what is going on with this bank or branch. I get a letter every time there is a change in Management to come into the branch to prove my ids/address etc, ELSE I WON'T be able to withdraw my money. I have been banking over 4o years and no high street or online bank has ever asked for proof of ids more than once. BEWARE
