We were welcomed by the bank and the employees were very helpful in reviving our dormant account. They answered all our queries, and spent 3 hours in setting up our password and helped us in wire transferring money to our Indian account next day. They were also helpful in setting an auto deposit feature for transferring funds by Interc from another bank. Overall a good experience and they showed a lot of patience.
