The collection team of this bank behaves unprofessionally, often resorting to threats instead of understanding the customer’s situation. They talk about legal action and home visits without any empathy. It feels like being a PSU bank, they act above all rules, and even RBI intervention seems ineffective. Very disappointing experience.
