I have had a letter saying my account is now inactive. I have tried to log on throughout the time with this bank and can never log in because I can't even put the secret code in that is displayed on the screen. WHY IS THIS BANK SO DAMN DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH? I just want my money back and close the accounts. Please SBI SORT YOUR ONLINE BANKING AND AP OUT!!
