If you don’t, they’ll quietly continue charging the higher rate without hesitation.I followed up, only to be told they “forgot” to respond. Translation: unless you chase them repeatedly, they won’t lift a finger. This isn’t just poor service—it’s deliberate negligence. And for a public sector bank, that kind of complacency and lack of transparency is downright unacceptable.
