In my experience, working for this company was extremely difficult and not what I was led to expect. From the outset, I felt misled about working conditions and the realities of the role. I was frequently placed in situations that I personally felt were unsafe, and management decisions often left drivers dealing with the consequences rather than addressing underlying issues.When problems arose, responsibility was regularly pushed onto drivers instead of being handled at a management level. My engagement with the company ended abruptly, and I felt I was treated unfairly in circumstances that were largely outside my control.I also experienced ongoing issues with vehicle rental and invoicing. There were repeated discrepancies and delays in payment for work I had already completed, which caused significant stress and uncertainty.Overall, based on my own experience, I found the environment disorganised, unsupportive, and very difficult to work in.
