We have used Ramsin twice, once he came to the house to straighten out a mess caused by another tech and once to get a hard drive crash dealt with where we brought our computer to him to save on the service call fee. He is very competent but if you do not ask the right questions he may assume that you know more than you do so ask lots of questions.
