Ramsin did an outstanding job with a laptop which had been painfully slow and constantly running out of memory. I dropped it off Friday after work, and he had replaced my hard drive with a much bigger and newer one, copied over all my old programs and data, and fixed several lingering software issues. By first thing Monday morning, I was back to work with everything working seamlessly and a lot faster. Fair pricing, very knowledgeable, and excellent service. Highly recommended

Ramsin is absolutely wonderful!!! I highly recommend him for all your computer needs!!!I am not mechanical or computer savvy. He sets up my computers, printer, Roku, iPad, etc for me and helps me figure them out. He is reliable, fast, pleasant, and patient. I have had people help me in the past and he is the best by far!
My email was hacked from Cox communication, and after several days of trying to work with Cox, I gave up and called Larry at PC Mechanic. Within hours, Larry took my computer and clearly spoke with me about what he would recommend and then within 48 hours my computer had been cleaned, made faster, and Larry spent time with me organizing it. Ramsin has helped out with amazing wireless network which works wall to wall for us over a year ago. To begin with working with Ramsin was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences. He is personable, fun and amazingly patient and knowledgeable. Good to talk to and with as well as getting the things you want to know explained in wonderful "English" language, even I could understand.
