My 2021 taxes were filed in 1/31/22. It was sent to an old bank account and returned to Tax Products Group. I've been calling them, everyday, and have been lied to, mislead etc.They said that they sent my refund to my old address. I've put a hold on my mail from thar address and when I go to that Post Office, I do have mail...but not my refund check.I was told by Victor, Supervisor, on April 6th, that a check would be cut and sent out that week, however when I called today, I was told by Customer Service Rep, Danielle. That a check was mailed to me on 4/7. I am stressed out over this. They had me complete an Indemnity form, paid the fee to have it Notarized, that allowed them to send another check. That never happened. After reading the reviews on this company, I've discovered that, this is their practice. Many people are complaining that they have never received there refunds. You sit on hold for hours, only to be told that there is noone there to help you.The company doesn't even have an address. When I Googled them, it just says, San Diego, for their address.They took out over $100.00 for processing fees, but I still have not received my refundI was given a Ticket# and was told that, i would receive a Tracking # for the check would be sent via Certified Mail, because the 1st check was lost and I could use the Tracking# to see where the check isAgain, I have been totally stressed out over this and do not know what to do, to get my money from this Scamming company...Next step, sue them for my refund, stress and all out of pocket costsFiled a complaint with the BBB
