I have participated in many online auctions, but this is the only company I would never use again. I had the highest bid, yet they refused to honor it, claiming a reserve that was not disclosed. You must also make a large deposit just to bid, which you have to request back later. The auction fees are outrageous; a $25 bid ended up costing me over $800 in fees. It's unacceptable.
