I had a very troubling experience with a certain website. Our site received a score of 10/100, and shortly after, we were approached and asked to pay £60 for a “re-evaluation” of our score. It was suggested that without this payment, the negative label would remain. This situation raises significant ethical issues. Requesting payment to reconsider a negative evaluation does not seem transparent or trustworthy, particularly for a platform that claims to help protect users from scams. In my view, trust and credibility should never be contingent on payment. Users and businesses should exercise caution and conduct their own research before depending on such ratings.
