Absolute nightmare dealing with Scan Computers UK.
Ordered a GPU and was told it would be delivered today. Took a full day off specifically to receive it, because unlike them, I actually have responsibilities. No updates, no communication, nothing.
An agent tells me the delivery “probably won’t happen”. I ask for a refund so I can just go buy the GPU elsewhere. Nope. That takes up to 5 working days AFTER the item is returned. So they fail to deliver, and I get to sit without the product AND without my money.
Tried to at least redirect the parcel to a collection point since I won’t be home anymore. Also impossible. Once it leaves them, they suddenly lose all ability to help.
End result: wasted day, no GPU, no refund, and zero accountability. If you rely on your equipment, avoid this company.
