Recently bought a new gaming PC. Came on time well delivered superbly packaged for safety including internal padding to ensure it was all still safe and sound. It is a great device and love it. I had one issue and I called the helpline at 7pm in the evening and got through directly to a human without any button mashing or annoying options. That human helped me solve the problem within 5 minutes and was helpful, polite and friendly. Was a seriously high watermark for me for customer service. I was wondering if the follow on support would be this good and it has so far been exceptional. Been buying parts from scan for more years than I care to remember but this was first time for a full PC build and I’m so pleased I went with them
