Had an issue with my SIM and was worried about response times but it was dealt with swiftly the morning after and a replacement sent out. Clifton was super helpful and quick to respond..
Ordered a simcard over 1 week. Item never arrived and DPD can't track item. Had message item was delayed for over 1 week ago. Scancom supposed to send replacement but never did. Never answer the phone. Poor customer service & wasted my time. I wouldn't not recommend this poor service to anyone
First SIM I ordered was lost by the carrier, notified Scancom and they dispatched a replacement immediately. Using it now in my new 5g router. Test of a good company is how they deal with customer issues. Would recommend both on price and outstanding service.
