I ordered an eSIM on 30/03/2026 but changed my mind the same day and exercised my right to cancel. I emailed Scancom that evening to cancel the order.
Despite this, I received no meaningful response and the eSIM was sent to me afterwards. I have not downloaded, installed, or used the eSIM at any point.
I have since followed up by email and have also sent a written letter requesting cancellation and a refund. At the time of writing, this has not yet been resolved.
Based on my experience, I would advise caution.
