So I wrote a review explaining the awful experience about a refund not being processed for more than a year on the 24th of January.They responded to the review asking me to reply to them in their most recent response. After having done that, there has been no response for over a week, despite them clearly saying they would get back to me.Even if checking the status of the order and replying would take more than a week, a reply saying they are looking at it and considering their horrible reply time, at least a timeframe to expect a reply. Or they could at least contact me after the review.
