I purchased pilow case from them for 64 eur, paying through Shop app 3.5 week ago. They promised fast delivery to Spain during 1-3 days. Not a single feedback since then. Shop app is not cooperative, corprate email info at scandinavianrest.eu doesn't respond. Neither does form on their website.

So I wrote a review explaining the awful experience about a refund not being processed for more than a year on the 24th of January.They responded to the review asking me to reply to them in their most recent response. After having done that, there has been no response for over a week, despite them clearly saying they would get back to me.Even if checking the status of the order and replying would take more than a week, a reply saying they are looking at it and considering their horrible reply time, at least a timeframe to expect a reply. Or they could at least contact me after the review.
I bought a weighted blanket on January 17Th, I payed for 1-3 days delivery and haven’t received any updates. Only the one the confirmed my order. I said emails, reached out on instagram but no response. I don’t even have a tracking number or anything.
I recently bought a 9 kg weighted duvet, which arrived quickly. However, I ran into issues when I wanted to exchange it for a lighter version. The company has a return form for this purpose. I placed my order on January 16, 2026, and received confirmation that they would respond within 48 hours. When they didn't, I sent several emails and contacted them on Facebook. Eventually, they asked me to send invoices, confirm the exchange details, and provide pictures of the products—despite already providing order numbers and details in my emails.I sent the necessary information, but now there's silence again. I'm confused about why this process requires so many communication loops. If they have a return system, why aren't they using it effectively? This isn't my first purchase from the company; I bought a lighter duvet previously and was pleased with the quality, which led me to buy again. However, due to this experience with poor customer service and communication, I no longer recommend purchasing from them. You risk wasting a lot of time.Update Feb 4th: the company is very fast with replying to bad reviews on Trustpilot, but I still haven't heard from them regarding my order...

Absolutely terrible customer service!! They managed to ship the wrong product to me, which could happen to everyone, but It is a month since I put in my return order and it has still not been accepted by the Company. They answer my e-mails once a week and have asked multiple times for pictures of the products. They keep saying that they will do it right away but nothing happens. Products themselves are alright and seems like good quality, but with customer service like this I do not recommend anyone buying from this company. I hope that I can get my order returned one day to get my money back.
I submitted a return request on July 7, 2025, but Scandinavian Rest ignored it until I chased them several times. Only then did they process the request, and the item was finally returned on July 30, 2025.They have had the product in their possession ever since, yet my refund has still not been issued. This is not only a clear violation of their own terms and consumer law, but also a display of completely unprofessional and unacceptable customer service.Being forced to repeatedly chase a company just to get them to handle a basic return, and then still not receiving my money back weeks later, is unacceptable. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from Scandinavian Rest.
