Absolutely beautiful pieces! I got 2 necklaces and they have become staples for me. Unfortunately i had an issue with one of the necklaces but Julia was incredibly helpful and was able to send me a replacement which i appreciated so much. Cant recommend enough! <3
jewellery came but i ordered the same items on shein to compare. THEY R THE SAME?! WHAT. 'tarnish free' yeah because i cant shower with them or spray perfume near them? like if im paying 20 bucks for a simple ring i want it to be good quality. additionally, some of the chains are literal rope.. rope. i ordered 2 other necklaces, one is plastic balls, the other a flimsy necklace that feels like it will snap if i tug it a little. its also been soldered together badly.. i guess from a distance its cute. but if u want to spend ur money on it be my guest. im just saying i wish i ordered it on shein <3
Excellent service and amazing products! I messed up my order and they were so quick and helpful to fix it even though it was my own fault. I was speaking with Julia, she was so great, helpful and quick with replies. I ordered the yellow Dina bag and am in love - it’s high quality and just like the pics. Got 2 necklaces as well both with strong clasps - don’t know if they’re water resistant.
