After facing a tragic incident in 2022 that impacted my small food business, I struggled with PTSD and lost hope in pursuing my passion. However, I decided to dream again. Fast forward to December 2024, I bought trainers that boosted my confidence; I felt ready to revive my business and serve delicious homemade food to those in need. I discovered an opportunity for a food truck in a timber yard, which seemed destined. I manifested my vision for months, and on September 8th, 2025, I launched my food truck, doing what I love—offering breakfast, lunch, and the best coffee around. I am grateful to the inspiration that encouraged me to believe in myself again, and I cherish every moment in those comfortable trainers that complement my style.
