I booked a combi ticket of the Öresundbron bridge from Sweden to Denmark and a ferry ride from Rødby to Puttgarden. Or so I thought. I tried passing the bridge gates and that was the moment I found out apparently I did not have a ticket for the bridge yet, which ment I had to pay 505 Danish Kroner at that moment. The person who helped me at the gates of the bridge also said and I quote: “Oh you booked with Scandlines yeah they mess up regularly and they know it, we don’t like them.” Afterwards I called the customer service and they said yeah you don’t have a combi ticket, just the ferry (the customer service worker sounded bored out of his mind but he was nice). Anyway long story short the combi ticket either does not exist or it just does not work when booking it. Either way Scandlines fix your website because this is just not okey!!!
