Unfortunately, after multiple empty promises from this brand, I would never purchase another product. Non stick pan decided to become a everything will stick pan. I contacted them according to the life long warranty… yeah sure. I have had multiple pans from scanpan. I use the pans myself, clean them myself according to the instructions however when I experienced issues, they can somehow from a photo (that almost looks like a brand new pan after many years) see that it has been exposed to excessive heat. Same excuse I was given previous time for a complete unrelated issue. Previous time I just never gave up and they eventually sorted the issue. Sick and tired of having to fight to get support.
