No internet connection for 1 week! The customer service is a nightmare. I send message / mail for 3 times and recieved no reply at all. Called the call center but not a word of english was spoken. Barely explained my problem, then the connection was established, but just for a few hours. Then the connection was lost again forever. I will cancel my subscription today.
