This is the most unethical company I've ever encountered. I ordered a corset for an event, expecting delivery in 10-20 days. I tried to cancel before shipment due to concerns about timing, but they took days to respond and informed me it had already shipped. I requested a refund, but they offered to intercept the package without explaining how. The order finally arrived two weeks late, and when I asked for a refund again, they said I would have to pay return fees or accept 10% back. Their responses were automated and did not address my issues. They ignored my cancellation request and failed to deliver on time. I shouldn't have to pay for an item they mishandled. I feel scammed.
