Scam.
I placed my order in November - I waited for a month, then asked about my order. It turned out, all 3 item I ordered were out of stock. I was offered to replace them with 3 other items, communication was polite and quick. However - after another month of waiting I finally received my package - there was 1 item instead of 3. And this 1 item was wrong size. I contacted support once again, but all I get now are a) e-mails, that perhaps my package hasn't arrived yet b) promises to send my order again - but when I ask for tracking number, they give me one for package I received already r c) demands to send photos confirming items are missing & 1 is wrong size (I sent them photos). I received a bunch of this repetitive e-mails, they say the same things, as if they don't understand what we are talking about. So I suspect I talk to some AI-bot, not the actual support service.
Deeply disappointed, I lost my money, spent 4 month on waiting and communication so fare. As a result I received 1 item of wrong size instead of 3. I will never order from this company, nor recommend it.

I requested to cancel my order since my event would be over by the time it arrived, but they ignored my request and sent a generic response about shipping. I've been trying to get a refund for a month now, and they keep sending the same scripted email without addressing my concerns. I've escalated the issue with my bank for a refund. They also claimed their items are ethically made, but what I received was low-quality, mass-produced fabric. Do not waste your money on this company.
This is the most unethical company I've ever encountered. I ordered a corset for an event, expecting delivery in 10-20 days. I tried to cancel before shipment due to concerns about timing, but they took days to respond and informed me it had already shipped. I requested a refund, but they offered to intercept the package without explaining how. Their responses were automated and did not address my issues. They ignored my cancellation request and failed to deliver on time. I shouldn't have to pay for an item they mishandled. I feel scammed.
There are great options available! However, I wish there were more corset styles for those of us who prefer a tighter fit, reminiscent of the old days. Shipping took some time, which is understandable since I'm in Europe. I didn't receive an email about the shipping status, just a summary when my parcel was on its way.
I bought their products through another platform, which meant I received them quickly. I ordered two dresses and a Renaissance-style belt. The quality is impressive, and the fabrics are nice. The sizing seems a bit large for me, but I've only tried three items so I'm not sure if it's consistent. I'm very attracted to their clothing and plan to buy more. I've received many compliments and have directed others to where they can purchase.

Communication was a bit challenging, but the staff made efforts to resolve the issues, and I even received a small gift as compensation. Anyone ordering should expect longer wait times, as they appear to be understaffed, but they do their best.
