Honestly, I am a repeat customer. I first purchased a dress and some accessories from their Amazon storefront, and I loved the quality, look, and fit of the items. Once I found their website I have ordered from them 3 more times. I am always 100% satisfied. The only issue I ever had with anything was my latest order one dress had a small mark/stain on it, but i contacted customer service and they took full responsibility and refunded me the money for the dress. I noticed the email thread never showed up in my inbox, but when I searched it through my sent email their replies showed up. I am unsure why this happened but thought I would mention it for those people who think they never respond. Something similar may be happening. I love all the dresses I have purchased for Ren faires and Disneyland and I even bought a couple bathing suits from them and I adore them! Anyway, I live in the US and never had a problem with shipping from them and my orders have always been complete. I 10/10 recommend.
