This has been one of my favorite online casinos. So many games to choose from, lots of ways to earn freeplay, and same day payouts. Customer service has been quick to respond and handle any questions or issues I may have had.
So I had $140 I completed the verification process and once I received a notice that I was cleared and able to receive my funds they only gave me $25 and then I had $8 left on the game that I was going to play cuz I had to win a total of $148 they took the $8 and brought me to a zero balance like what did they do with my money I can't get a response from anybody and it's very very upsetting that I don't get my money that I put into that game I put my own money onto the game I wasn't planning on any bonuses but yet I can't redeem my hundred and $48 for why because of rule 5.7 what the hell is rule 5.7? It's totally a crap website if I don't get my money you know I've contacted who I needed to but if I were you I'd be very cautious on how much you try to cash out at because if you try to cash out at a couple hundred dollars they might just keep it and give you 25 bucks so play at your own will I guess and I just remember try to cash out low unlike I did I try to cash out all of it except for eight dollars cuz I wanted to keep playing and give myself a limit but other than that it's been a fun game fun platform but no they're going to keep $123 of mine I don't think so. Especially without any explanation very sketchy.
