This company is highly deceptive. The real-life experience is nothing like what is advertised. They prioritize travel agents over actual guests and fail to deliver on promised features. Maintenance issues plagued our trip, and customer service was lacking. I strongly advise against booking with this cruise line; there are much better options available.
