The cruise had some positives, like a comfortable ship and good service from staff, but overall, it was poorly managed. Our travel logistics were frustrating, and the meals provided were unsatisfactory. Despite the cruise director's efforts, the decisions made by the company did not prioritize guest comfort. After spending a significant amount of money, I found this experience disappointing and would not recommend it.
