I was pleased with the telephone…

I was pleased with the telephone service and price of the insurance, which was much cheaper than my previous insurer. I explained on the telephone that our vehicle was not kept at our home address, but it was kept in a locked, alarmed building with CCTV, so perfectly secure. However when the proposal arrived it showed the vehicle as kept at our home address and when queried, the insurer had to be changed and the insurance was increased by £100, so a bit disappointing.
