I had requested my first scent that arrived however I didn't think it was worth continuing. I sent an email asking for my subscription to be cancelled, as there was no way to cancel it from my profile.
Then I received a notification from my bank that they had tried to take money again, so I requested a second time that they cancel, the same again.
This time I cancelled my virtual card with my bank because they continue trying to take the money and will not respond to my cancellation request on their email address. I logged into my account and it still shows my next payment as May.
So avoid scentbird they will not allow you to cancel even after repeated requests and will continue debiting your card.
I have emailed them again right now requesting deletion of my account, removal of my data and removed from any newsletter.
