Sleazy and terrible customer service. Told me I got a gift for my birthday and then literally WOULD NOT let me use it. Charged my card tried to cancel and get a refund and get this! There’s no cancel button on their website so you have to email them which can takes days. Haven’t gotten refunded. NEVER USE THIS SITE FOR YOUR OWN BEST INTEREST PLEASE!! IM TRYING TO SAVE YOU FROM PULLING YOUR HAIR OUT!
My Package got stuck at a Facility which was Not Sent Birds fault..
They Quickly Helped me And Sent a Replacement order And I Ended up getting both almost a month later on Same Day..
Now I Geel Bad Because they Replaced it and Now I Have Double..
I was Very GREATFUL
I Had to do allot of Ph. Calls to USPS To Get them Tracked. But Had Nothing to do on SentBirds end.
i am loving my membership smells every month i love it so you don't get tire of the same scent so many to pick from various sizes to fit you and price trust me people will stop and ask what is that you wearing i am loving it
I do love the concept of getting these little travel samplers every month. This makes it so much easier to try em before I buy em. Its a game changer when they recently added a luxury line! I hope they expand that option! I want to develop a stack of pre-mees and try many many more! My sole caveat is for the less expensive frags, the price should dip as well. Scentbird can get pricey fast, and I wish that wasn't so!
I’ve tried counseling Scentbird. I’ve tried deleting my account and they still keep trying to charge my card $10 after I had already paid the initial $10 if my account is deleted, and my subscription is no longer activated why are you still trying to charge my card? This is what I ask and you get the common answer. A customer service agents will be available within 24 to 48 hours I don’t need that. I need someone to answer me now because she still keep trying to charge my card.
Charged the card for two different things and then deactivated my account immediately. Talked to customer service and still waiting on a refund. They are not transparent about their pricing and fees
First order was perfect , was really impressed . Then price went up . Checked subscription as they suggested through live chat , I had 1 perfume per month but they kept on trying to charge me £37 trying for payment several times a week .
Contacted them 4 time raise tickets trying to sort this out still no joy .
Having to stop my card now with the bank which has been a nightmare, a shame really really as the perfumes are stunning. Not good customer service service at all
Scentbird is a great thing to try, I love the variety of fragrances they offer. If there was anything to improve I would say make the sample vials just a little bigger for the amount you are spending each month, you don’t get much. Other than that this is a fantastic way to see what scents fit your skin type and personality. Love it.
They were good. Everything was on time packaged well all good. But I couldn’t cancel the subscription and make it hard hard to cancel subscriptions and they try to charge you over and over and over again.
I’m thinking about getting my lawyer involved cause I mean that’s just bull crap. There’s no way you should be treating people like that.
