I’ve tried deleting my account and they still keep trying to charge my card $10 after I had already paid the initial $10 if my account is deleted, and my subscription is no longer activated why are you still trying to charge my card? This is what I ask and you get the common answer. A customer service agents will be available within 24 to 48 hours I don’t need that. I need someone to answer me now because she still keep trying to charge my card.
