Disappointed ☹️ have ordered from them before and all seemed fine. Most recent order has taken a long time and I’ve tried to communicate with the seller via their chat, email and TikTok and they aren’t replying to their messages. Maybe if they reply I will edit my review but at the moment I’m sad they aren’t responding. May have to contact the bank and raise a chargeback if no response is received. EDIT:Company has responded possibly prompted with the review. Whilst I obviously appreciate the refund, I really wanted the samples - they are the only online store I can see with a sample of a certain perfume. I still feel sad I had the write the first review as I had a good experience on my first order.
