I have been a fan of high-end perfumes for years, but after losing my job, I couldn't justify the steep prices anymore. So, I decided to try an alternative service. I ordered two travel-sized fragrances in December, missing the holiday cut-off, but I was okay with that. Once they arrived on a scorching January day, I was immediately concerned about the heat impacting the perfumes. Upon opening, I noticed that the lid of the Wood Sage & Sea Salt had expanded so much that it was hard to remove. The heat had clearly caused leakage, and surprisingly, it smelled sweet, which is not characteristic of that fragrance. The Cypress & Grapevine bottle also had issues; the lid wouldn't secure properly, and the scent was disappointingly cheap compared to the original. I contacted the support team for help, but their suggestions were unhelpful, including telling me to use pliers on a defective product. When I asked for a refund, I received dismissive responses, including a suggestion to just throw the items away. Despite my repeated requests for a refund under their policy, I have not heard back. I cannot recommend this service, as they do not honor their guarantees and the fragrances do not match the originals.
