This is my very first purchase from Sentimental, I accidentally made a mistake on my order, I went mad in my head and panicked, then I decided to whatsapp hoping I would get a response because it was way past 6:30pm already. I did not expect a reply, nor did I even expect my order to be corrected so efficiently. I am very amazed and satisfied with this type of customer service. We need more customer service like this in South Africa. Sentimental Big Ups to Yall!! Now I cant wait to surprise my wife.

Received my cologne today Tommy hillfiger ck one and coolwaters fragrance don’t even come close to the original smells like my granny and she said she will use it. It’s a big NO stay away buy originals
Really enjoy the scents but they have made the bottles way too weak now. It dropped from the height of my bed and scattered, whilst it being full so I wasted money essentially.
If they can fix their bottled back to what they used to be it would be great, till then I'll just be wasting money. 3 bottles out of 4 down

I decided to try an alternative service and ordered two travel-sized fragrances in December, missing the holiday cut-off but hoping to assess their quality. When they arrived on a hot day in January, I was immediately worried about how the heat might affect them. Upon opening, I found the Wood Sage & Sea Salt lid had expanded significantly, making it hard to remove. The heat had clearly impacted the product, causing it to leak and emit a scent that was unexpectedly sweet, which is not typical for that fragrance. The Cypress & Grapevine bottle also had issues; the lid wouldn't secure properly, and the scent was disappointingly cheap compared to the original. I contacted the support team for help but received inadequate assistance, including an unhelpful suggestion to use pliers on a defective product. When I requested a refund, I was met with dismissive responses, including a suggestion to simply discard the items. Despite my attempts to invoke their money-back guarantee, I have yet to receive a resolution. I cannot recommend this service, as they do not uphold their guarantees and the fragrances do not resemble the originals.
