When they arrived on a hot day in January, I was immediately worried about how the heat might affect them. Upon opening, I found the Wood Sage & Sea Salt lid had expanded significantly, making it hard to remove. The heat had clearly impacted the product, causing it to leak and emit a scent that was unexpectedly sweet, which is not typical for that fragrance. The Cypress & Grapevine bottle also had issues; the lid wouldn't secure properly, and the scent was disappointingly cheap compared to the original. I contacted the support team for help but received inadequate assistance, including an unhelpful suggestion to use pliers on a defective product. When I requested a refund, I was met with dismissive responses, including a suggestion to simply discard the items. Despite my attempts to invoke their money-back guarantee, I have yet to receive a resolution. I cannot recommend this service, as they do not uphold their guarantees and the fragrances do not resemble the originals.
