I placed an order with Scentora Fragrance over 9 days ago based on their claim of 1–2 day shipping. My order never shipped, and all of my emails were ignored until I finally demanded a refund.Only then did they respond to my fifth email. They finally said some of the items in my order are out of stock with no due date and that they “do not cancel orders.”What is most concerning is that they continue accepting orders for items they do not have in stock, without providing any notice or updates to customers in their website. You don’t want to wait 2-3 weeks for your order? That’s too bad, you don’t have a choice now… they are keeping your money.This is completely unacceptable. If you cannot fulfill an order, you are required to issue a refund. Or how about updating your website or reaching out to customers with updates? Ignoring customers and refusing cancellations while holding their money is not legitimate business practice.After reading the many similar reviews here, it’s clear this is a pattern.I strongly advise others to avoid this company. I am now pursuing a chargeback and filing formal complaints
