Where do I start.
I placed an order but shortly after changed my mind, 1 hour later after I saw these bad reviews. I politely emailed the company to cancel, as the goods had not yet been shipped. I received a blunt response stating that cancellations are not accepted and that only returns after delivery are possible, at the customer’s expense.
The seller ships from Germany, within the EU. Under EU consumer law, distance purchases are subject to a 14‑day right of withdrawal, which can be exercised even before delivery, as long as the goods are not excluded. I made the company aware of this and also opened a case with PayPal.
Immediately after this, the seller rushed the shipment, clearly to avoid cancellation.
When I finally received the products, which are heavily marketed by influencers as “1‑to‑1 dupes” (for example, item 246 claimed to be similar to LV -Imagination), the quality was extremely disappointing. The scent was far off, overly synthetic, and nothing like what is advertised.
Poor customer service, misleading marketing, and low-quality products. I would strongly advise against buying from this company.
I placed an order with Scentora Fragrance over 9 days ago based on their claim of 1–2 day shipping. My order never shipped, and all of my emails were ignored until I finally demanded a refund.Only then did they respond to my fifth email. They finally said some of the items in my order are out of stock with no due date and that they “do not cancel orders.”What is most concerning is that they continue accepting orders for items they do not have in stock, without providing any notice or updates to customers in their website. You don’t want to wait 2-3 weeks for your order? That’s too bad, you don’t have a choice now… they are keeping your money.This is completely unacceptable. If you cannot fulfill an order, you are required to issue a refund. Or how about updating your website or reaching out to customers with updates? Ignoring customers and refusing cancellations while holding their money is not legitimate business practice.After reading the many similar reviews here, it’s clear this is a pattern.I strongly advise others to avoid this company. I am now pursuing a chargeback and filing formal complaints
The order was placed without my consent. literally 5 mins after I sent an email requesting cancelation of the order. I received an email stating its their policy not to refund orders and sent me a link to the policy. The link only described returns and said nothing about cancelation of orders before shipping. I was ignored by customer service after that. And now after smelling the colognes I understand why they dont do cash refunds. They are not good. This company does suspicious and misleading advertisement online. I would avoid them.

Placed an online order for R1580. Received confirmation email from them for my order on 8 January 2026 with a note that the processing will be completed in 3-5 working days, and that I will then receive an email notification with my tracking number and tracking link. This should have been sent 5 days later which would have been 13 January 2016 and according to them Delivery via courier takes 2 working days thereafter, which would have been 15 January 2026. Today is 19 January 2026, I have not received any further notice from them, not my parcel, and they have ignored my two emails I have send and also no response on Whatsapp.Definitely not a place that I will order from again and to all potential clients of them, stay clear as they will defraud you!
