I am extremely disheartened by my experience. Not only did I receive an incomplete order, but the items I did receive were of very poor quality — they seem like diluted imitations, with scents that vanish quickly. To make matters worse, there is absolutely no customer support available. The contact number is unresponsive, and emails go unanswered. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel neglected after receiving subpar products and not even getting my full order. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this service. I urge others to be cautious before making a purchase.
