I've attempted multiple times to return my unopened items, but now I receive no response. I strongly advise against purchasing from this platform, as all the fragrances bought by my friends and me seem to be counterfeit.

Counterfeit perfume! The service does not respond to emails or messages. There is no customer service line! I canceled my order before it was processed, but they did not respond. When I received my order, it was incomplete. I immediately checked to see if it was genuine and found it was fake! I want to return it for a refund, but they are unresponsive. Consumers must understand their rights regarding any products or services purchased under the CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT!! If you feel cheated or misled into buying a non-conforming product (due to false advertising, etc.), you can lodge a consumer complaint with the relevant authorities. The MAXIMUM fine is 10% of the misleading company’s turnover!!
I ordered a perfume that never arrived. I repeatedly contacted the provided number and was told there was a courier issue. Five weeks after placing the order, I still have no tracking number for redelivery and have been completely ignored when requesting a refund.
This is a COMPLETE SCAM. Please warn others and report their page on social media so it can be removed. I suspect they operate under various names to sell perfumes at similar discounted prices, using the same design but with different names. Avoid ordering from any of these. I WILL NEVER buy any perfume or goods from anywhere except trusted sources. Even if it costs a bit more, at least you receive something for your money. Additionally, please report it on the consumer protection website.
